Mental Health Referrals

Any Lee County Schools staff member can make referrals to School-Based Mental Health Services. Referrals are typically made by school counselors, school social workers, teachers, or administrators. Before making a referral, staff should make an effort to engage the student and family to discuss possible intervention options and determine if a referral to School-Based Mental Health Services is appropriate.
